1. Overview
At Kookumber®, we take pride in delivering premium personalised lifestyle products. Since most of our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are handled with specific conditions.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has manufacturing defects
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Personalised/customised products (unless defective)
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Minor color/texture variations (natural in materials like leather)
- Change of mind / dislike
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (if applicable)
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is preferred over refund for defective/damaged items
- Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after approval
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before personalization starts
- Once the product enters customization, cancellation is not allowed
7. Shipping & Return Handling
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
- In non-serviceable areas, customer may need to self-ship (reimbursed if approved)
